Race Stock Sports is open year round by appointment. Many of our clients ski year round and we are happy to work for you in the summer months (it may be the best time as there are less distractions). We start getting busy in August when all of the new equipment comes in and are in the shop 6 days a week. By Oct 15th the shop is about 2 weeks out for a (weekend) boot fitting appointment. In November we are 3 weeks out for weekends. Right after Christmas things start to calm down a little bit and we move to a 5 day a week schedule typically taking Monday and Tuesday off. We normally start around 10 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends.
We are located in Northern Vermont in Waterbury which is the crossroads of Route 100 and Interstate 89. We are 10 min from Exit 10 on 89. The shop is located directly in the middle of Waterbury at 69 South Main St. Waterbury has several famous businesses that are based here including Ben and Jerry’s, Green Mt. Coffee / Kuerig, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and the Alchemist. There are many popular eateries within walking distance of the shop. Additionally we are only 20 min from Stowe, and Sugarbush. We are also just a short drive down the interstate to the City of Burilington.
