Race Stock Sports is open year round by appointment.
Many of our clients ski year round and we are happy to work for you in the summer months (it may be the best time as there are less distractions). We start getting busy in August when all of the new equipment comes in and are in the shop 6 days a week. By Oct 15th the shop is about 2 weeks out for a (weekend) boot fitting appointment. In November we are 3 weeks out for weekends. Right after Christmas things start to calm down a little bit and we move to a 5 day a week schedule typically taking Monday and Tuesday off. We normally start around 10 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends.
We are located in Northern Vermont in Waterbury which is the crossroads of Route 100 and Interstate 89– just 10 mins from Exit 10 on I-89. The shop is located directly in the middle of Waterbury at 69 South Main St. Waterbury has several famous businesses that are based here including Ben and Jerry’s, Green Mt. Coffee / Kuerig, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and the Alchemist. There are many popular eateries within walking distance of the shop, and only 20 min from Stowe, and Sugarbush.
